As we approach the 2016 BBQ Season we have decided to start a blog recounting our adventures. Check back often to see how it's going.
With lots of practice cooks this winter, we have dialed in a few areas we were a bit low in last year namely ribs and brisket. We are planning a full test cook in March to proof out our changes for 2016.
The first comp of the year in 2016 will be the Delaware Triple Threat in Harrington, DE.
